We provide Aikido instruction for all skill levels and ages. In addition to teaching empty-hand martial art skills, traditional Aikido instruction includes training on movement, balance, falling and rolling, coordination, and more.
Empty Handed
Aikido self-defense techniques employ joint locks, pins, and throws.

Learn the art of the katana using wooden practice swords (bokken). We also practice with short staff (jo) and knife (tanto). Tameshigiri is the Japanese art of target test cutting. What’s more fun than cutting open a watermelon with a katana!?
